நிரூபணம் செய்கின்றது.

ஒரு நாள், நான் அன்னபூர்ணா என்ற மருந்தகத்தில் உட்கார்ந்து

மருந்து வாங்குபவர்களையும் விற்பவர்களையும்  பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருந்தேன்.

சுமார் ஐயாயிரம் நோய்களுக்கு மேலாக மருத்துவ உலகம் பெயரிட்டிருப்பது எனக்குத் தெரிந்தது.

ஆனால், ஐநூறு வகையான மருந்துகள் கூட இவர்களிடம் இல்லை.

WHO- உலக சுகாதார நிறுவனம் விடுத்துள்ள அறிவிப்பில்-

கிட்டத்தட்ட 38 நோய்களுக்கு மருந்தே இல்லை என்றும்,

சில நோய்களுக்கு மருந்து இருப்பதாக சொன்னால்,

அது சட்டப் படி குற்றம் என்றும் சொல்லியுள்ளது.

 

ஆய்வுகளும், கொள்கைகளும் எப்பொழுதும் மாற்றத்திற்கு உரியவை.

ஒரு காலத்தில் எல்லா நாடுகளிலும் பயன்படுத்தப் பட்ட பாராசிடமால் இப்பொழுது அநேக நாடுகளில் தடை செய்யப்பட ஓன்று.

இறைவனிடம் கேட்டேன்- பதில், மிகவும் ஆச்சர்யமாக இருந்தது.

ஒரு மருந்து - அது குரு மருந்து- அது திரு மருந்து என்று அந்தப் பதிலில் இருந்தது.எனது குருவிடம் சென்று கேட்டேன்....ஆமாம் குரு மருந்து என்னிடம் உள்ளது- அதனைக் கொண்டு எல்லாவியாதிகளயும் குணப்படுத்தலாம் என்று சொன்னார்.

சொன்னவர் சீக்கிரத்தில் செத்தும் போனார். மீண்டும் இறைவனிடம் கேட்டேன். " குருமருந்து -அது இறைமருந்து" என்று பதில் வந்தது.

 

அப்படி என்றால் எங்கே இருக்கின்றது என்று மீண்டும் மீண்டும் கேட்டேன்."உனக்குள்ளேயே கொடுக்கப் பட்டிருக்கின்றது"

என்ற பதிலால் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைந்தேன்.

அதனைக் கண்டு விளங்கிக் கொண்டபோதோ - 

இதற்காகத்தானா ஆசைப் பட்டாய் இராஜசேகரா?

 

என்று மனம் துள்ளியது..........அதன் விளைவாக நான் எழுத முற்பட்ட புத்தகம்தான் "Anatomy of spirit"--

சித்தர்கள் இராஜ்யம் - ஒரு ஏமாற்று.

என்ற வலைப் பதிவை நடத்துபவர் பெண்ணல்ல.

இத்தகைய வலைப் பதிவுகளில் சிலர் கனவுகளோடு

Witch hazel (Hamamelis virginiana) can alleviate hemorrhoidal itching if applied topically. Usually it is dabbed on hemorrhoids with a cotton ball but you can also buy witch hazel sprays. It also contains proanthocyanidins such as hamamelitannnin which are known to strengthen vein walls. Witch hazel is known to be good for healing varicose veins. So witch hazel works externally as an itch-relieving astringent and internally as a vein strengthening agent.

Horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) has been used for a couple of centuries as a treatment for vein problems such as varicose veins and hemorrhoids. In a double-blind, placebo-controlled study of people with symptomatic hemorrhoids indicated that horse chestnut helped reduce pain, bleeding, and swelling of hemorrhoids within a week and within 2 weeks, the improvement was visibly noticeable.

Barberry is a good blood purifier and it also helps with your digestive processes. This means that barberry can help your hemorrhoids by improving your blood flow and by keeping your stools in an easier state to pass through your system. Because of its ability to also stimulate the immune system and tone body tissues, it can help with cutting back on the bleeding that hemorrhoids can cause. This is particularly true of internal hemorrhoids.

#5 Psyllium Seed

Psyllium seed is commonly used in laxatives that rely on the bulk-forming approach to moving bowels. This remedy has a centuries old history of helping with bowel related problems including hemorrhoids. The primary factor is the dietary fiber in psyllium seeds and this comes as both insoluble and soluble fiber. The soluble part is in the mucilage part of the seed. This is the part of the seed that really works with hemorrhoids.

It is important to drink plenty of water with psyllium because it bulks up so much when ingested. The mucilage softens your stools and the bulk sweeps through your intestines. So the end result is a large soft stool. It coats your bowel and reduces the swelling of hemorrhoids partly from the soothing ingredients and partly by helping you avoid straining your constipated stools against the delicate tissues of your anus.

# 6 Butcher’s Broom

Butcher's broom (Ruscus aculeatus) can be applied topically and internally. It has been used for centuries as a cure for hemorrhoids and this works because butcher's broom has anti-inflammatory and vein-contricting qualities in its ingredient ruscogen which is a steroidal saponin. Studies have indicated that ruscogen does help in the treatment of hemorrhoids and varicose veins. The only warning is that butcher's broom is not good for people with high blood pressure, pregnant women, or people MAO inhibitor drugs.

St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) has a long history as a medicinal herb. As an oil, it can sooth the inflammation and burning of hemorrhoids due to its its anti-inflammatory properties. While St. John's Wort is one of the most common herbal products in use, it is usually used for depression but it also has a great healing properties. 

#8 Comfrey Root Powder

Comfrey root powder is made from the roots and rootstalks of the Comfrey plant (symphytum officinale). Comfrey contains potassium, calcium and vitamins A, B12, and C. The healing properties of comfrey root powder come from allantoin which helps heal injuries and this includes the swelling and pain of hemorrhoids. It has strong anti-inflammatory properties. It is best used topically although traditionally comfrey tea was considered restorative. It can stir up liver toxins and this can be hard on your system

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) has numerous medicinal benefits from being a diuretic to removing toxins from your liver and kidneys to relieve constipation and therefore hemorrhoids. It is quite easy to make dandelion tea – you can pick several dandelion flowers and steep them in a couple of cups hot water for 20 minutes. One cup twice a day will help clean out your system. If you don’t live in an area where dandelions are plentiful, you can buy the herb in pill form.

#10 Tea Tree

Tea tree oil is considered an amazing healing herb essence. It has a good reputation as a treatment for hemorrhoids. You can apply the oil directly on your hemorrhoids a couple of times a day and you can also put 10-12 drops of tea tree oil in your warm bath and soak in it for 20 minutes. Another soothing thing to do is mix two ounces of witch hazel with a tablespoon of tea tree oil and make a cold compress which you apply to your hemorrhoids for 10 minutes.

These herbal treatments have long histories and while they might have been in the shadow of prescription medicine for some time, especially during the 20th century, there is a renewed interest in herbal medicines and traditional healing methods.
